This research argues for a critique of the grand narrative of coming of age, the Bildungsroman, which advocates the cultivating, making, and molding of the self in its younger improvement. Its target is to suggest paradigms bassed totally on a reconfigured examinatin of gender and tradition as extra gratifying and humanizing formational markers for improvement than the extra universal biological/psychological method of the arrival of age.
